Sadly, I remember this one. It was located near the northeast corner of Columbia (present Route 462, old Route 30) and North President Avenues near coordinates 40.038818, -76.329942. It was removed sometime in the 1990s, but I can't remember the exact date. I thought it was a possible restoration, but that's the last I saw it. Streetview shows the general location. It was between the telephone pole and the guide wire, as best I can remember.
